General Conditions

A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. No charges will be made unless cancellation is not completed.
If the credit card is invalid, you will be asked to provide a new guarantee.
If this does not occur, the reservation will not be considered valid.

Payment Methods

Payment will be made at the hotel during check-out. If leaving before 08:00, we kindly ask for payment the night before.

Cancellation Policies:

For stays of up to 3 nights, cancellations can be made without penalty until 12:00 three days prior to the arrival date. After this time, the cost of the first night will be charged. For stays longer than 3 nights, cancellations can be made without penalty until 12:00 seven days prior to arrival.

Check-in and Check-out Conditions:

Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. Late check-out is available upon request.
